Job Description Job Title: Electrical Assembler Location: Albert Lea, MN Compensation: $23.00-$29.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-timeAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electrical Assemblers for an industrial manufacturing company in Albert Lea, MN. In this role, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing process, wiring and assembling standard and custom-engineered electrical equipment used in the building component industry. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Electrical Assembler:Assemble and wire standard and custom electrical panels using hand and power toolsRead and build from electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawingsInstall, wire, and troubleshoot industrial control panels and cable tray systemsVerify parts and materials against Bills of Material (BOMs)Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and before shipmentMaintain a clean, safe work area and safely operate overhead hoists or cranes What You Need to Bring to the Electrical Assembler Role:High school diploma or equivalentEntry-level or 1-2 years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferredAbility to read and interpret schematics, routings, and assembly drawingsAbility to stand and use hands/fingers throughout an 8-10 hour shiftAbility to lift and move materials as needed in a manufacturing environmentReliable attendance and transportation to Albert Lea, MNA positive, "can-do" attitude with attention to quality and detail Ready to Apply?
