Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Toddler Teacher located in Salem, OR. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for toddlers. Duties include teaching age-appropriate skills, fostering social and emotional development, maintaining open communication with families, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded curriculum. The role also involves ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children under your care. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and fostering effective Education techniques tailored to toddlersStrong skills in Communication to collaborate with families, children, and colleaguesExperience in Teaching and guiding early childhood learning and developmentAbility to provide Training and development in a classroom settingRelevant certifications in early childhood education or a related fieldUnderstanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategiesCPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain themPatience, compassion, and a passion for working with young children
