About the Position Family Medicine physicians join a top physician‑owned, award‑winning multispecialty group with a choice of four locations in which to practice. Less than 1 hour drive to Portland, Oregon. Full‑time or Part‑time Family Medicine physician openings. Full‑ spectrum, outpatient position. Spanish and/or Russian language skills are highly desired but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply. About Compensation Compensation is between $275,000 and $400,000 per year. Potential to exceed $400,000 annually through additional earning opportunities. Loan repayment/retention bonus program, with up to $100,000 disbursed over four years.
