The purpose of this role is to maximize REG work force capabilities through prioritizing, planning , scheduling, and scoping of maintenance work orders at the Grays Harbor facility. Call vendors, get quotes and enter purchase orders as needed for maintenance jobs.

Provides cross-training for other skills May be a member of a work group (team) that utilizes some business skills such as: writing andentering work orders, time distribution, quotes and estimates, use of computer in performance ofduties, etc.

Must be able to work alone-Respond to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Positions for Possible Future Advancement:The next step for this position is in a training capacity for other Maintenance Technicians or a Lead Maintenance Technician.

Assists with preventive maintenance including completion of the Preventive Maintenance checklist and completes minor repair work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, etc., to maintain the hotel and keep product quality to standard.

Completes work orders as assigned, through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), to repair or install equipment and machinery or assist residents and/or customers with general maintenance needs.

In addition, you will perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and help in the maintenance and repairs of all the areas of the property. Take pride in our house and perform general maintenance to guestrooms and public areas while monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the primary responsibility of the Associate Maintenance Technician is to perform basic repairs and complete routine work orders with manufacturing equipment, in addition to providing detailed supporting documentation to all work performed.

A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to trouble shoot and knows a thing or two about safety, facility repairs, and maintenance. Must have basic knowledge in the building maintenance fields with a minimum of one (1) year in a similar position or equal experience, specifically using hand tools and other tools to repair and maintain equipment.

Enjoy working as part of a team to assist other engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Must have experience with basic diagnostic devices and training in general-overall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry knowledge and the ability to trouble shoot in these principals.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Associate plays a key role in our operations and is responsible for performing regular and preventive maintenance on all equipment used in our facility to ensure the successful execution of production activities.

Maintenance Dispatcher/Inventory Associate - Club Wyndham Patriots Place Resort Summary: The dispatcher is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property.

Optimize equipment safety, efficiency and reliability, participating in continuous improvement projects and completing work orders according to PM schedules. Must be aware of all safety standards and requirements for maintenance work.

Receive written work orders or verbal instructions from Operations Manager. Update Operations Manager on concerns, issues, and status of maintenance department. Coordinate all maintenance requests of internal customers to be completed in a timely manner.
