This person will oversee janitorial operations across multiple buildings, ensuring exceptional service quality and client satisfaction. This leadership role involves managing site supervisors, coordinating staffing and training, conducting inspections, and implementing operational improvements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise cleaning teams, including cleaners and floor techsEnsure compliance with company policies and quality standardsTrain staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocolsManage inventory, supplies, and equipmentHandle emergency responses and resolve operational issuesSupport customer retention and develop new business opportunitiesEstimate workloads and coordinate bids for new sitesTravel within assigned territory to oversee operations and quality controlKnowledge and Skill RequirementsBilingual skills preferredClass A office janitorial experience preferredMinimum of two (2) years of industry experience highly preferredAbility to demonstrate expertise in industry concepts, practices, and proceduresWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite requiredStrong planning skills with the ability to perform short- and long-range planningExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent project and program management skillsFlexibility with hours and schedules requiredTechnical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service deliveryAbility to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentCompensationJoin our team of extraordinary people committed to delivering exceptional service.
