Responsibilities:
LMA Dispatchers, Operations Supervisor, Project Support Specialists, and Project Coordinators
Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1:1’s.
Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Facilitate a collaborative work relationship between call center and dispatch.
Manage Dispatchers to ensure the execution of the Sales and Installation Strategies.
Collaborate with Sales and Installation leadership to set strategy and plans for Call Boards.
Ensure accurate, timely, and thorough completion of Permits, Spiffs, Rebates, and Warranties.
Ensure up to date licensing and bonding.
Establish, validate, and maintain accurate Materials Ordering Process and Procedure
Monitor performance, review calls and advise employees on how to drive Revenue.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Coach employees on how to build trust and demonstrate empathy with customers.
Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
Monitor employee engagement levels
Create a fun and positive work environment.
Requirements:
2 years of operational/logistics experience.
Prior experience in “shoulder to shoulder” coaching.
Proven track record in operational excellence.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Multitasker who enjoys working in the field with diverse teams on varied projects.
Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
Ability to drive team performance to achieve goals and objectives.
Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
