Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives that enhance data governance, platform modernization, and machine learning infrastructure. Key Responsibilities IncludeManaging end-to-end program execution, including plans, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.Partnering with engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams to align priorities and success metrics.Driving adoption of best practices for data and platform management, removing blockers, and monitoring progress.Fostering collaboration across organizations to improve data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.Providing regular updates to leadership and enhancing execution frameworks.Qualifications6+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering systems, and data platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with cross-team programs, operating in fast-paced environments.Bonus points for experience in fintech, ML platforms, or regulated environments.
