Fitness Equipment Installer

Job Overview:Push Pedal Pull Installers are responsible for loading and unloading trucks, assembling and installing fitness equipment and delivering excellent customer service. All applicants must have the physical ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds while loading and unloading equipment from the delivery trucks and into residential homes and commercial facilities. Installers start and end their day at our retail location and drive to various job locations each day. This position will report to the retail store manager.Key Responsibilities:Deliver, build and install product at residential homes and commercial businesses in a safe and timely mannerVerify all product is accurate and label product for customers on weekly stock trucksDemonstrate care with company vehicles/property, customer property and equipment being handledResponsibly help manage product inventoryUse of basic tools to assemble, adjust and install various parts and pieces of equipmentHigh regard of respect and care for customer homes and facilities during installationsRequirements:Ability to lift and move heavy equipmentHigh school degree or equivalentA valid driver's licensePosition will be subjected to pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checksMust be able to successfully pass MVR checks to drive on behalf of Push Pedal PullMust successfully complete DOT certification to drive on behalf of Push Pedal PullHours:Monday through Friday8am start of dayEnd of day time may vary depending on delivery schedulePay:Hourly$1000 hiring bonus: $500 bonus at 3 months of employment and another $500 bonus at 6 months of employmentExperience and ability to drive may increase starting wageBenefits: To complement our compensation plans, we offer a generous benefit package including the following:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) + MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee DiscountsCareer Development Opportunities
