Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Builder to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling cabinets from pre-cut parts in accordance with our building standards, shop drawings, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cabinet assembly, a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble cabinets, casework, and related products from pre-cut components according to company standards and project specifications
Accurately read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and assembly instructions
Operate standard woodworking tools and equipment safely and effectively
Inspect materials and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
Follow established production processes to maintain consistency and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and quality goals
Qualifications
2+ years of cabinet building, woodworking, or millwork assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Familiarity with standard woodworking tools, fasteners, and joinery methods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to workplace safety and proper tool use
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cabinet assembly
Ability to lift and move materials up to 75 lbs
