Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available (includes every other weekend).What you will bring to our team:A DSP must understand the different needs of individuals with disabilities. As a DSP you must have the ability to exercise flexibility and assertiveness, have a positive work ethic, problem solve, and navigate challenging situations effectively. A DSP must also be able to work without direct supervision.RequirementsPossess a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies.Meet the physical requirements as outlined in the physical assessment form (pushing/pulling, lifting, bending, etc.).Able to read and write in English.Able to document information electronically.
