Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an outstanding licensed esthetician who excels at making clients feel seen, valued, and cared for. The ideal candidate Has prior spa experience and clientele Is a strong team player who contributes positively to team culture Is a current Beauty Mark client who understands and aligns with our philosophy of advanced, results driven skincare Has an extensive background in customer service Communicates clearly and confidently Is highly organized and detail oriented Thrives in a fast paced, team driven environment Brings a positive and solution focused attitude every day Has a deep passion for skincare and continued education You should be results focused, growth minded, and excited to work with advanced modalities and professional skincare systems. Professional Objective To provide professional skincare treatments including advanced facials, hair removal, and makeup application according to company protocols and performance standards. This role includes Creating customized treatment plans Recommending maintenance programs and homecare regimens Educating clients on proper product usage Supporting long term skin health and visible results We believe treatments do not end in the treatment room. Education and homecare are essential.
