This role combines content creation, social media management, motion graphics, and graphic design to drive awareness and engagement for their fintech products. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creator who can translate product and marketing goals into effective visual and written content, optimize performance across channels, and maintain cohesive brand expression.This is a full-time direct hire role that will be on-site in the greater Dallas area. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, produce, and publish high-quality content for Web2 channels including social media, blogs, email, and landing pages.Develop high-performing content ideas that drive engagement and conversionsTranslate product features and programs into simple, compelling storiesBuild content themes around real-world use cases (rent, payments, rewards, etc.)Create motion graphics and short-form video content using After Effects tailored to platform specifications and audience behavior.Develop and execute social media strategies and manage content calendars to grow engagement and reach.Design on-brand visual assets (banners, thumbnails, illustrations, infographics) using Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent tools.Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure content aligns with fintech regulations and business objectives.Monitor content performance using analytics tools, iterate on creative based on data, and report on KPIs.Adapt messaging and creative for different audience segments and platforms, optimizing for impressions, clicks, and conversions.Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual and tonal quality across all channels.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or digital design, ideally within Web2 or fintech environments.Proven portfolio showcasing motion graphics (After Effects), short-form videos, and graphic design work.Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.Experience managing social platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and familiarity with platform best practices and formats.Basic understanding of fintech product messaging, compliance considerations, and the ability to work with legal/compliance teams on content reviews.Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights) to inform creative decisions.Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills; comfortable working in cross-functional teams.Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required; strong portfolio and demonstrable results are essential.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
