The ideal candidate will translate concepts into compelling designs that support branding, marketing, and product experiences. This role requires strong technical skills, a keen eye for typography and color, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, on-brand assets.This is a full-time direct hire role that will be on-site in downtown Dallas, TX. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts and produce design assets for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, email campaigns, web visuals, and presentationsDesign engaging visuals for social platforms (X, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) Create marketing assets for token launches, product features, and campaigns Develop brand-consistent graphics for landing pages, ads, and email campaigns Turn complex Web3 concepts into simple, visually appealing content Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns to life Contribute to evolving brand guidelines and visual storytelling Create and maintain brand-consistent layouts, typography, and visual systems for marketing and product initiatives.Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of deliverablesQualifications2+ years of experience in Graphic DesignStrong portfolio with modern, high-end design (bonus if Web3/crypto-related) Understanding of Web3 space (tokens, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, etc.) Experience designing for social-first and mobile-first environments Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and adapt to trends Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools is a plus Strong sense of typography, layout, and brandingBonus Points:Experience with motion graphics or short-form video Familiarity with Web3 communities and meme culture Experience working with startups or fast-paced teamsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
