This role involves working on legacy and modernized systems, improving performance, and contributing to scalable, high-quality application development.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop modular applications using DelphiWork with VCL (Visual Component Library) and/or FMX (FireMonkey) frameworksHandle event-driven programming and build reusable componentsMaintain and enhance medium-to-large codebasesImprove performance, scalability, and code quality of existing applicationsPerform code reviews and guide junior developersDevelop data-driven applications using datasets, queries, and componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements🛠️ Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Delphi (Object Pascal)Experience with VCL and/or FMX frameworksExpertise in FireDAC for database connectivityStrong knowledge of SQL and databases such as:MySQLPostgreSQLOracleSQL ServerExperience in designing modular, scalable applicationsProven experience working with large/legacy codebasesStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills🌟 Nice to HaveExperience in Mortgage / Financial Services domainExposure to enterprise-level applicationsPrior experience in mentoring or leading developers
