Staff AI Engineer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff AI Engineer located in Lake Oswego, OR. The Staff AI Engineer will develop, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms for a variety of applications. Responsibilities include building and maintaining machine learning pipelines, working with cross-functional teams to identify AI solutions for business problems, and ensuring the performance and scalability of AI systems. The role also involves staying up-to-date with advancements in AI and implementing best practices to drive innovation.QualificationsStrong expertise in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.In-depth knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including implementation and optimization.Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications, including text analysis and language modeling.Proven experience in leading and managing AI projects, with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically, and an eagerness to explore new AI technologies.
