The Staff AI Engineer will design and deploy advanced artificial intelligence models and algorithms, facilitate research and development into machine learning techniques, and build robust software systems. The role will involve working collaboratively across teams, solving complex challenges, and driving innovation in AI applications. The engineer will also evaluate and improve the performance of current AI systems while ensuring scalability and reliability.QualificationsExpertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural NetworksStrong foundation in Computer Science with the ability to handle advanced programming tasksExperience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related technologiesProficiency in Software Development, including design and implementation of scalable systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environmentExperience with AI model optimization and performance tuning is a plusMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is desirable
