If you have strong computer skills, experience in shipping and receiving, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you.In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping materials moving efficiently by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and safely operating a hi-lo (forklift). We're looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, works well with others, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.What You'll be doing:Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and qualityVerify packing slips and purchase ordersEnter shipment and inventory data into company systems accuratelyPrepare outgoing orders, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating pickupsOperate a hi-lo/forklift to load and unload materials safelyMaintain organized shipping and receiving recordsAssist with inventory counts and cycle countsWork closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to support daily operationsIdentify and report shortages, damages, or inventory discrepanciesKeep the warehouse and shipping area clean, organized, and safeFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesWhat we are looking for:High school diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 years of shipping & receiving experienceStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with ERP systems or shipping software such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx is a plusValid forklift certification with at least 1 year of hi-lo experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shiftTeam-oriented attitude with strong communication skillsWhy apply:Steady first-shift schedule with weekends offOpportunity to work with an established warehouse teamHands-on role with a mix of computer and forklift workFast-paced environment where your work directly impacts operations
