Corporate Controller OpportunityAmerican Vanguard has a unique opportunity for a Corporate Controller in Irvine, California with a current CPA. American Vanguard's Corporate Controller is responsible for managing the corporate accounting function with responsibilities that include the preparation of 10-Q & 10-K filings, monthly financial consolidation, management of the corporate accounting team, and handling special projects. The Controller oversees the monthly review of financial results and reporting compliant with SOX and corporate regulations. They will work closely with executive management to provide required analysis and analytics. Expectations for this position will be to develop and maintain best-in-class processes and procedures for the corporate accounting function.
