ServiceNow Programmer/Developer with Security Clearance

ServiceNow Programmer/Developer (Level II) – ICE HeadquartersICE Headquarters, 500 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20024 Duties to include but not limited to the following: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose technical solutions. Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, andServiceNow scripting languages. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and tools using ServiceNow APIs andweb services. Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality andreliability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Stay updated on latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices, and apply them toenhance existing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and solution architects,to deliver integrated solutions. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprintretrospectives. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments. Required Skills/Experience: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including configuration, customization, andscripting. Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices. Ability to design and implement complex workflows, business rules, and integrations within theServiceNow platform. Experience with ServiceNow APIs, data imports/exports, and system integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as incident management, change management, andCMDB. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a related field. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred. Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions in a professional environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
