This role supports efficient operations by following procedures, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to all safety requirements.What you will do:Work as part of a production team to assemble packaging parts ensuring a consistent, efficient, quality product with high attention to detailInspect products to ensure quality standards are metFollow work instructions, production schedules, and supervisor directionAssemble packaging parts manually using proper tools and machinery in a safe mannerResponsible for receiving and managing raw materials for product processing and packagingFollow both written and verbal instructions to accurately gather raw materials, and execute production to produce quality finished goodsComplete regular inspection of equipment and maintains a clean and neat work areaAssist with material handling, loading, and unloading as neededMaintain housekeeping standards and perform cleaning as assignedRegular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role, with or without reasonable accommodationSupport and comply with all company policies and safety requirementsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat you need to succeed:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious production or manufacturing experience preferredBasic math and measurement skillsDetail-oriented and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in collaborative team environmentMust have the ability to understand and carry out instructions issuedBenefits we offer:Health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Paid sick and paid vacation time offCompany paid life insuranceAdditional life/accidental death and dismemberment insuranceShort and long term disability401k with company matchEPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
