The Machine Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced setting while following company procedures and safety guidelines.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machinery and equipmentLoad raw materials into machines and remove finished productsInspect products for quality and accuracy during productionPerform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshootingMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all workplace safety procedures and company policiesMeet daily production goals and deadlinesRecord production information and complete required documentationCommunicate equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance staffQualificationsPrevious manufacturing or machine operating experience preferredAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic math and mechanical skills preferredReliable transportation and good attendanceSchedule1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts availableOvertime may be required based on production needs$16-$17 talroogreer
