The role involves providing legal advice in the areas of Estate Planning (Trusts and Wills), Probate, Business Planning. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with the legal team to build strong client relationships, and maintain compliance with legal standards and ethical practices in all activities.QualificationsStrong foundation in Law, including legal principles and proceduresExpertise in Estate PlanningProficiency in providing Legal Advice and guiding clients on legal optionsProven ability to draft, revise, and assist with the execution of Estate Planning documentsExperience in Probate and Estate Administration strongly preferredExperience in Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) preferred, but not requiredJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the state bar of OklahomaExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage time efficiently and handle multiple cases simultaneouslyExperience in client interaction and a strong sense of professional ethics
