Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Denver, CO. The Human Resources Director will oversee and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and manage employee relations and performance processes. Key responsibilities also include fostering a positive work environment, leading HR initiatives, and serving as a strategic partner to leadership in driving organizational goals. Qualifications Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) management and strategic planningThorough knowledge of HR Policies and ability to design, implement, and review HR frameworksProven expertise in Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues effectivelyStrong background in Performance Management, including talent development and employee evaluationsIn-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure regulatory complianceExceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience in global or multicultural team management is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
