Job DescriptionData Center SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Superintendent to lead complex, mission-critical construction projects. This role requires a strong field leader who understands the pace, precision, and coordination required for data center builds, including MEP-intensive scopes, strict schedules, and zero-margin-for-error execution.The Superintendent will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance from mobilization through commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities for data center projectsManage field operations, sequencing, logistics, and manpower planningCoordinate closely with MEP trades, commissioning teams, inspectors, and project managementEnforce jobsite safety, QA/QC standards, and company policiesMaintain and drive project schedules; identify and resolve conflicts proactivelyConduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings and site walksReview drawings, specs, and RFIs; identify constructability issues earlyQualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projectsDirect experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or highly MEP-intensive projects strongly preferredProven success managing fast-paced, schedule-driven projectsStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systemsAbility to read and interpret complex construction documentsExcellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skillsPreferred ExperienceData centers, hospitals, life sciences, industrial, or large-scale commercial projectsPhased turnovers and commissioning-driven schedulesWhy Join UsHigh-visibility, long-term projectsStrong pipeline of repeat workCompetitive compensation and benefitsAPPLY NOW and send your resume to melissa.strater@gogpac.comAll qualified individuals will be contacted for a fully confidential conversation!
