Onspring is seeking energetic, intelligent, revenue-driven sales professionals who want to be part of a high-growth software company.The primary objective of the Sales Director, Enterprise is to identify, qualify and close new business sales opportunities within an assigned geographic territory for accounts >$1B in annual revenue. The Sales Director must work to gain access to key stakeholders to identify and progress opportunities through the sales cycle. The Sales Director, Enterprise manages the evaluation of the software as well as negotiation of key terms and pricing. This is an individual contributor role within Onspring’s new business sales team.Responsibilities:Create and execute a sales strategy for establishing and growing your associated territory.Territory: TexasGenerate new logo pipeline through outbound prospecting leveraging Account Based Marketing (ABM) tacticsGain access to key decision makers within risk, compliance and information security functions in target organizationsDevelop and manage opportunities to close using strategic planning and understanding of the account and opportunities in the pipelineCollaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the unique needs of each prospectScope, negotiate and execute contracts and agreements to close dealsLeverage strategic partners and alliances to identify and progress opportunitiesManage leads, contacts, and opportunities within CRMIncorporate new offerings and sales techniques as requiredRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of related experience in a technology sales rolePrevious experience selling to enterprise clients within the Texas territory is highly preferredDemonstrated history of exceeding sales targetsExperience with solution selling and/or consultative sales techniquesExperience in SaaS or GRC software is a plusPersonal Attributes & Values:Highly self-motivated and results-drivenA hunter mentality and excitement around pipeline generationBuilds rapport quickly through engagement and authenticityExcellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skillsStrong time management, organizational and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a collaborative, team environment and effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholdersWork Location: Flexible.
