Licensed Massage Therapist

Looking for a licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about truly connecting with people and being part of a fun team. We are a team of 4 Massage Therapists that love the Prasāda studio and our clients. It is a very laid-back environment but we all do what's necessary to take care of the space and our clients. Looking for a therapist that prefers Afternoon/Evening appointments during the week, and would prefer someone who wants to work Saturdays & Sundays (can be flexible - but this is when we are busiest!) Responsibilities: - Perform client assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans - Provide exceptional client service and ensure a comfortable and safe environment - Administer various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy, to address specific client needs - Assist in pain management and help clients achieve relief from acute and chronic pain - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support occupational health initiatives - Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to inform treatment decisions Qualifications: - Valid current license as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist for the state of NC - Proven experience in providing therapeutic massage services - Proficient in various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy - Knowledge of pain management strategies and techniques - Strong understanding of human physiology and anatomy - Ability to assess acute pain management needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
