We are looking for talented candidates to join our team. Our projects include custom residences, commercial spaces, public buildings, and libraries, with a focus on creative and contemporary design. We are looking for someone that is excited by and engaged in design culture, with thoughtful opinions about architecture. We have projects in multiple stages of the design process, so the ideal candidate will be able to engage at a conceptual design level down to the nuts and bolts.We are a fully in person firm, and believe that architecture is a collaborative endeavor that is elevated by direct interaction with each other. Some of the best design solutions arise when we are gathered around a table together, sketching and exploring ideas on a roll of trace paper.Our office is located in the Mission District of San Francisco in a light filled brick and timber space. We are close to both the 16th & 24th street BART stations, and surrounded by delicious lunch options.We offer a competitive salary, paid vacation, holidays, and personal time, a 401k with a safe harbor match, as well as health insurance.Qualifications0-4 years experienceUS Citizen, or permanent authorization to work in the US (we are not able to offer VISA support)Architecture Degree from a NAAB accredited program. Bachelors minimum, Masters preferred.Experience with Revit, including 3D modeling, family creation, parameters, detailing, & documentation.Experience working in a complex Revit BIM model, including linked filesHand sketching ability, both for quick design communication, as well as deeper conceptual explorationAdobe Creative Suite: Strong skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Ability to edit images in Photoshop, create diagrams in Illustrator, and presentation layouts using InDesign.Other Software: AutoCAD, Acrobat, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word.Expertise in rendering software, experience creating renderings in Lumion preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesire to pursue licensureDesire for employment with long term growth opportunities.
