In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling our enterprise-grade AI systems that enhance our recruitment platform. You will own the technical architecture, design, and implementation of agentic AI solutions that automate and optimize various recruitment workflows. As a key player in a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and security, to deliver impactful solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor other engineers, and work on groundbreaking AI applications in a regulated industry.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should possess over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in systems design and development of production systems. Hands-on experience with integrating large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI patterns is essential, including orchestration, tool use, memory management, and observability. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go is required, along with familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone), and workflow automation tools (n8n, Langflow). Candidates should have a proven track record of building scalable platforms or products from scratch and scaling them effectively. Knowledge of enterprise security principles, including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and secrets management, is critical. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional teams are vital. Prior experience working in regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GxP compliance is a plus.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Engineer in our AI and Automation team, your primary responsibilities will include defining the technical architecture for enterprise agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalable and secure implementations. You will develop and deploy production-grade AI systems, establishing CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools to support ongoing operations. Designing systems with enterprise requirements in mind—multi-tenancy, security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop controls—is essential. You will mentor and enable other engineers and departmental teams by sharing best practices, developing internal developer tools, and fostering a culture of high engineering standards. Collaborating closely with data teams, security engineers, and product managers, you will translate business needs into technical solutions, making strategic build vs. buy decisions. You will also participate in technical hiring, lead code reviews, and set quality benchmarks for the team.
