You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team to develop core features and shape the technical foundation of the product.This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to influence both product and engineering decisions.What You’ll DoDesign and develop scalable features across web and mobile platformsBuild responsive frontends using React and React NativeDevelop backend services using .NET (C# / F#)Design and work with PostgreSQL databasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiencesContribute to system architecture and technical decision-makingImprove performance, reliability, and security across the platformHelp establish engineering best practices as we growWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in software developmentStrong experience with React (web) and/or React Native (mobile)Experience with backend development in .NET (C# preferred, F# a plus)Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or relational databasesExperience building and scaling web applications and APIsUnderstanding of system design and cloud infrastructureAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailNice to HaveExperience working across the full stack (frontend, backend, and mobile)Familiarity with functional programming (F#)Experience with early-stage or startup environmentsExperience building platform-based or consumer-facing productsWhy Join MilfordOpportunity to build something Direct impact on product and technical directionCollaborative, mission-driven team
