This individual will focus on improving release reliability, operational visibility, and production performance across mission-critical systems while building scalable DevOps and database practices.Day-to-Day:Lead DevOps, platform, and DBA teamsOwn CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment managementEstablish release standards and operational processesImprove monitoring, observability, and production reliabilityManage database operations (performance, backup, HA/DR)Drive automation and reduce manual release processesLead incident response and post-incident improvements
