Become a partner in a group where patients are our priority, and your voice and wellbeing are valued.First Year Pay Range: $573,663 - $620,176Signing bonus: $40,000Our TeamJoin our team of eight intellectually curious and well-trained Physicians (four general GI, two therapeutic GI, one hepatologist, one motility specialist) and six Advanced Practice Providers.Position Overview Were seeking board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship trained Gastroenterologists Interest in general GI, therapeutic endoscopy, IBD and hepatology all welcome This is a full-time position with a four- or five-day schedule available Consult at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions) Call is 1:8 when fully staffed 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits 14-16 procedures per day GI team rotates to the outlying Confluence Health clinics including Omak and Moses Lake, WA Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Providers who value high quality care and work life balance Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records EPIC Electronic Medical RecordWork/Life Balance and BenefitsGold Award Winner of the AMAs Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Compensation: Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
