Travel RN - Psychiatric

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Behavioral Health (Psychiatric) travel assignment requiring prior charge RN experience, Epic proficiency, and STARR certification.Job Details• Inpatient Behavioral Health unit setting,• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and pediatrics,• Diagnoses include major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and substance abuse,• Patient ratio is 1:6,• Epic EMR - experience is mandatory,• Schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM,• Every other weekend rotation required,• Holiday coverage required as needed,• Floating between all system facilities may be required for travelers,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active NC or compact RN license required,• Current certifications required: BLS and STARR,• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required,• Prior charge RN experience required,• Epic EMR experience is mandatory,• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates,• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration,• Copy of driver's license required for consideration,Additional Information• All RNs must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance, with two attempts allowed - candidates should prepare in advance as study materials are not provided,• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences,
