In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities within a designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working towards sales targets. Responsibilities include creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product education, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and align sales activities with overall company objectives. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify leads, close deals, and achieve sales targetsStrong relationship-building and customer service skills to maintain and grow client partnershipsExcellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions and contract discussionsKnowledge of building materials or related industries is a plusProficiency in using CRM tools and general technology platforms to manage leads and sales processesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals in a remote settingBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWillingness and ability to travel within the designated territory as required
