Our client provider of digital technology and transformation, information technology and servicesRole OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Telecom and Networking experience to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives within infrastructure and platform‑centric environments.The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams while ensuring successful delivery of telecom and network‑driven projects.Technical & Telecom ExpertiseStrong understanding of telecom and networking fundamentals, including:TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPRouting and switching conceptsSubnets, VLANsFirewalls, security zones, and network segmentationAPIs and service‑to‑service communicationExperience working in telecom, network‑focused, or infrastructure‑centric environments.Ability to interpret network and system architecture diagrams and contribute effectively to technical and architecture discussions.Familiarity with cloud networking concepts across AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience supporting high‑availability, low‑latency, enterprise telecom platforms.Project & Delivery Management Experience3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar role in a telecom or highly technical environment.Proven experience managing complex delivery backlogs for engineering and platform teams.Ability to define clear project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.Strong experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Ownership of end‑to‑end delivery, from planning through execution, risk management, and post‑release review.Collaboration & LeadershipExperience leading or coordinating small to mid‑sized engineering teams.Proven ability to work across multiple product streams and cross‑functional teams including engineering, network operations, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and risks within shared platform and telecom ecosystems.Act as a key point of accountability for delivery, timeline adherence, and stakeholder expectations.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on enterprise‑scale telecom or network platforms.Strong background in telecommunications, networking, infrastructure, or platform‑based products.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management.Experience in highly integrated, API‑driven and service‑oriented architectures.Exposure to network modernization, cloud migration, or telecom transformation initiatives is a plus.Key CompetenciesSystems thinking with a platform and telecom mindsetStrong technical credibility with engineering and network teamsCross‑team alignment and stakeholder coordinationStrategic prioritization and delivery planningRisk, dependency, and issue managementClear, concise written and verbal communicationTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
