Position Overview:MicroHealth is seeking a Technical PM to provide critical PMO and Technical Program Management support for the Veterans Affairs Benefits Integration Platform (BIP) within the Benefits Integration & Administration Product Line.The Technical Program Manager will work directly with the BIP Product Manager to oversee cloud-based, containerized application projects while applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies and ensuring seamless integration across VA systems.Key Responsibilities: Perform Technical PM duties for the Benefits Integrated Platform (BIP) as directed by the Product ManagerManage cloud-based projects with containerized applicationsApply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologiesOversee architecture and design activitiesManage and support security requirements development and implementationCoordinate release management activitiesLead requirements planning and managementProvide strategic planning and analysis supportSupport federal budgeting, financial planning, and acquisition activitiesExecute risk management planning, tracking, and analysisProvide change management support, as well as Perform configuration management supportResearch and report product information into VA Product Line & Accountability Reporting System (PARS), VASI, and other VA systemsPerform Jira management and updatesProvide comprehensive documentation and data support, manage communications, data calls, and action itemsCoordinate with the VA Product Manager on a regular cadence to address needs and reprioritize workSupport meeting coordination and facilitation, and assist with onboarding and offboarding activitiesRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related disciplineSeven (7) years of hands-on experience with technical program/project management experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functionsStrong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, SAFe certification strongly desired.Deep knowledge of cloud computing and containerized applicationsProven experience managing cloud-based projects, along with experience with architecture and design principlesKnowledge of security requirements and compliance standardsDemonstrated project management experienceProficiency with Jira and other project management toolsExperience with release management processesStrong risk management capabilities, and Configuration management expertiseElevated writing skills with ability to produce clear, comprehensive documentationExperience with VA systems including PARS and VASI preferredPreferred Qualifications: SAFe certificationSalary: $140,000-$150,000
