The franchise model also provides entrepreneurs an opportunity to succeed in this unique health and fitness concept.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site Membership Sales position based in Addison, TX. Our ideal candidate already has experience with HOTWORX and loves it! They should live near Addison Circle, Legacy West, or the Galleria in order to reliably commute to Addison through traffic. We're looking for someone to start May 4th - May 13th and stay with us through the end of the year (NOT just through the summer). If sales goals are met, it's reasonable to expect an extra $100-$200 commission bonus at the end of the month!The role involves engaging with prospective members over the phone and in person, answering questions, cleaning, providing excellent customer service, and promoting memberships. Responsibilities include building relationships with potential and current members, assisting with introductory sessions, and supporting studio operations by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.QualificationsMembership Sales and Sales expertise to drive growth and achieve targetsCustomer Service and Communication skills to create a positive member experienceTraining abilities to guide new members effectively and explain fitness programsSelf-motivation and goal-oriented mindsetWillingness to "shake it off" after a negative interaction with potential new members.Engages in learning about new products and featuresAbility to work well in a small team environmentPrevious experience in the fitness or wellness industry, as well as team sport experience, is a plusWillingness to make 25-50 outreach calls each shift in compliance with outreach task management.
