Must be willing to do the hybrid model, 3 days a week.Less Technical and more Product management knowledge.The person should have good experience, strong communication skill, be proactive and be comfortable with cross-function collaboration.The Program Manager [Product], will primarily create and drive the product delivery roadmaps, managing complex, cross-functional strategic programs for our Product teams. This involves working across Global Product & Technology, Design, Customer support, Marketing, and Business teams to develop and deliver program plans that enable our customer and business goals for various initiatives.Key responsibilities:A proven track record managing strategic programs to deliver on timeExceptional ability to collaborate with and engage matrixed cross-functional teams.Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Proven ability to identify issues and develop solutions to improve program execution.Strong relationship-building skills to help identify opportunities, communication, and negotiation skills to resolve issues.Passion, commitment, and a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion, and overall program success.Basic Qualifications:BA/BS degree required. Project or Program management credential preferred.At least 10-17 years of program management experience working in a Product Management. eCommerce, marketplace, or retail experience preferred.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prior experience operating in an Agile context.Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools.Exp in e-commerce/Retails is highly preferredThanks,Nehanehasingh@flextoninc.com
