About the RoleWe are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to take full ownership of the company’s financial operations and infrastructure. This is a highly hands-on role responsible for accounting, financial modeling, cash flow management, and operational finance across multiple sales channels.The ideal candidate will play a key role in modernizing financial processes, implementing automation (including AI tools), and providing real-time financial visibility to support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping across all sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Manage accounts payable and receivable, including marketplace reconciliations Perform bank, credit card, and payment processor reconciliations Oversee sales tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions Track COGS, landed costs, and inventory-related financials Build and maintain channel-level P&Ls and unit economics analysis Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and contribution margins Manage working capital and cash conversion cycles Develop financial forecasts, including rolling cash flow projections Prepare financial reporting packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Implement and optimize financial systems, including AI-driven tools Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives Requirements5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Operations Strong experience in e-commerce, DTC, or product-based businesses Hands-on experience with bookkeeping and financial operations Experience managing multi-channel reconciliations (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Strong financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills Experience with sales tax tools such as TaxJar or Avalara Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills Experience with financial systems and automation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment Preferred QualificationsExperience with imports, supply chain, and landed cost calculations Exposure to AI tools for finance and automation Experience working with 3PLs and inventory management Background in high-growth or startup environments Mandatory RequirementsAdvanced English level (C1 or C2) – required Must be based in Latin America CV must be submitted in English
