Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary:As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to improve IT service management and operational workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system integration, driving efficiency and innovation within the organization.Responsibilities:Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.Implement and optimize ITSM, CSM, and HAM modules to support business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes for project delivery.Required Skills & Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills & Certifications:Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.Special Considerations:This position is subject to annual budget restrictions despite the intent for long-term tenure.Scheduling:Regular shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.Location: Atlanta, GA.Contract duration of 12+ months with possibility of extension.
