In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for service delivery excellence, client retention, and organic growth across a portfolio of Property & Casualty (P&C) TPA clients. This role serves as the primary relationship owner, ensuring high-quality claims service, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving long-term client value.This position partners closely with Claims Operations, Actuarial, and Business Development to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while supporting Davies' growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned TPA P&C clientsBuild strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholdersLead regular stewardship meetings, QBRs, and performance reviewsEnsure client expectations, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently met or exceededService Delivery OversightPartner with internal claims leadership to ensure high-quality claims handling and operational executionMonitor service metrics, identify trends, and proactively address issuesAdvocate for clients internally while maintaining alignment with business goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across accountsClient Retention & GrowthOwn client retention strategy and proactively mitigate risk of attritionIdentify and drive organic growth opportunities (cross-sell, upsell, new lines of business)Partner with Business Development on renewals and expansionsContribute to revenue growth within existing accountsFinancial & Contract ManagementSupport pricing discussions, contract renewals, and scope changesMonitor account profitability and ensure alignment with financial targetsPartner with finance and leadership on forecasting and revenue trackingCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Claims, Actuarial, SIU, and Operational teamsAlign internal stakeholders around client priorities and delivery expectationsSupport onboarding of new clients and expansion implementationsSkills, knowledge & expertise7-12+ years of experience in P&C insurance, TPA, or claims servicesStrong background in client management / account managementDeep understanding of claims operations (WC, Liability, or Property preferred)Proven success in client retention and growing existing accountsExperience leading client meetings and executive-level discussionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsBenefitsAt Davies North America, we are dedicated to supporting the well-being and future of our qualifying employees.
