DescriptionWe are excited to invite a passionate and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Fusion Therapy Center in a hybrid travel role. This therapist will provide care to children at partner daycares, preschools, and schools in the mornings, and see patients in our pediatric outpatient clinic in the afternoons. Unlike traditional salaried roles, you’ll be compensated at a higher hourly rate for each billable hour worked — providing transparency, autonomy, and alignment with your productivity and patient care.Typical ScheduleMorning (AM): Travel to assigned partner daycares, preschools, or schools to provide on-site pediatric therapy. Afternoon (PM): Return to the clinic to treat outpatients, collaborate with the therapy team, and complete documentation.Travel assignments are coordinated to reduce drive time while maintaining an optimal treatment schedule. We invest in your career, value your time, and foster a collaborative, purpose-driven work environment.RequirementsResponsibilities:Evaluate clients to assess their eligibility for physical therapy servicesDevelop and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to the client’s unique needs and goalsImplement interventions designed to maximize gross motor skills, functional mobility, and independenceTeach clients new ways of approaching tasks, breaking activities into manageable componentsRecommend and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment as necessaryEducate family members and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and care strategiesDocument patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and deadlinesMaintain consistent communication with clients, their families, and other team membersSkills RequiredProven experience as a Physical Therapist (or completion of clinical experience)Strong critical thinking skills with a flexible, growth-oriented mindsetIn-depth knowledge of PT principles and practicesFamiliarity with physical therapy assessments and Medicaid guidelinesAbility to work with diverse patient personalities and care needsContinuous drive to learn and stay current with new treatment practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsValid PT license - or anticipated licensure dateGraduate degree or higher in physical therapyBi-lingual preferred but not required
