If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care and want to be part of a purpose-driven team, we’d love to hear from you!RequirementsResponsibilities:Evaluate clients to assess their eligibility for physical therapy servicesDevelop and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to the client’s unique needs and goalsImplement interventions designed to maximize gross motor skills, functional mobility, and independenceTeach clients new ways of approaching tasks, breaking activities into manageable componentsRecommend and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment as necessaryEducate family members and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and care strategiesDocument patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies and deadlinesMaintain consistent communication with clients, their families, and other team membersSkills RequiredProven experience as a Physical Therapist (or completion of clinical experience)Strong critical thinking skills with a flexible, growth-oriented mindsetIn-depth knowledge of PT principles and practicesFamiliarity with physical therapy assessments and Medicaid guidelinesAbility to work with diverse patient personalities and care needsContinuous drive to learn and stay current with new treatment practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsValid PT license - or anticipated licensure dateGraduate degree or higher in occupational therapyBi-lingual preferred but not required
