Technical Project Manager – Software & Firmware (Mechatronics / Wearables)About The RoleWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager to help drive execution across complex software and firmware development efforts within a fast-moving, innovation-focused environment. This role is responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional teams working on next-generation connected products.You will operate at the center of engineering, product, design, and QA teams—helping align priorities, manage execution, and ensure delivery across highly integrated systems that combine software, firmware, and hardware components.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building or improving processes, and can help teams move from concept to execution quickly and effectively.What You’ll DoLead execution of software and firmware development programs across multiple teamsOwn sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization in JiraDrive bug triage, issue resolution, and delivery readiness across releasesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and working sessionsBuild and refine processes where needed to improve team efficiency and delivery outcomesServe as a key connector between engineering, product, design, and QA teamsIdentify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolutionMaintain clear documentation to support alignment, accountability, and execution clarityEnsure teams stay focused, aligned, and moving forward in a fast-changing environmentWhat You Bring8+ years of experience in technical project management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery rolesStrong background supporting software and firmware development teamsExperience managing complex, cross-functional programs in Agile environmentsHands-on expertise with Jira for backlog management, sprint execution, and workflow organizationStrong understanding of software and firmware development lifecyclesProven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced, or evolving environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate across technical and non-technical stakeholdersA proactive, builder mindset with a bias for action and problem-solvingPreferred ExperienceWork in embedded systems, robotics, wearables, or mechatronics productsExposure to hardware-integrated product developmentExperience in R&D, incubation, or early-stage product innovation environmentsFamiliarity with firmware validation and testing workflowsExperience coordinating across distributed or multi-disciplinary global teamsWork EnvironmentIn-person / onsite collaborative environmentHighly cross-functional, innovation-driven team working on next-generation connected productsFast-paced setting with evolving priorities and experimental development cycles Client DescriptionGlobal leader in athletic footwear, apparel, and equipment.
