In addition, the role will involve supporting attorneys in research, case preparation, and coordinating with other parties as needed.QualificationsProficient Spanish speaking preferredProficiency in Legal Assistance and experience with Legal Document PreparationStrong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to liaise with clients and legal professionalsExperience in Administrative Assistance, including organization, scheduling, and file managementKnowledge of basic legal processes and conceptsAttention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in relevant software programs, such as Microsoft Office and legal research toolsAn associate or bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a personal injury or workers’ compensation law firm is a plus but not required
