Engineer III – CCaaS Data & AI EngineerWe are seeking Data & AI Engineers to build intelligent customer experience solutions leveraging cloud technologies, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement CCaaS and IVA solutions.Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and datasets.Build AI/ML solutions for customer engagement and analytics.Support cloud-native application development and deployment.Implement secure and highly available cloud architectures.Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.Required Qualifications4+ years of software development experience.Experience with Java, Kafka, APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms.Knowledge of AI/ML technologies including TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, and prompt engineering.Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Apigee.Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of cloud security, architecture, and DevOps practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with customer experience platforms and contact center technologies.Exposure to Generative AI and Conversational AI platforms.
