The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role also involves monitoring project expenses, mitigating risks, and driving successful project outcomes.Key responsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnelDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are metMonitor project budgets, track costs, and manage change ordersEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standardsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactivelyCommunicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and clientsReview contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completenessManage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sitesQualificationsProven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management for complex initiatives.Demonstrated experience in budgeting and cost control within construction projects.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with construction management software is a significant advantage.Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in construction.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management or relevant roles.
