This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in healthcare and/or mission critical facilities who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionManage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful deliveryOversee project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and reportingEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with preconstruction and executive teams on project strategy and risk managementMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsMentor and develop junior project management staffQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5-7+ years of experience in construction project managementProven experience managing healthcare and/or mission critical projects (required)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyProficiency in construction management software and scheduling toolsPackageExcellent compensation package401(k) with company matchingComprehensive benefits packageSalary: $170k-$200k
