The person in this role, will help to drive strategy, roadmap and direction setting for our development platform that allows the creation of customized applications to solve any business problem, faster and more efficiently. It is a great opportunity to work on critical strategy initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced team!**Description**Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritize product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products.**Minimum Qualifications**+ 10+ years of experience in driving the development of products as a product manager or product leader, with a strong focus on rapid application development platforms and related technologies+ 8+ years managing a backlog in JIRA in Scrum specifically as a product manager.+ 3+ Experience functioning as a lead PM (providing key direction to other PMs) on major initiatives+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field+ Experience writing evaluations for LLM models to ensure AI workflow performance+ Experience creating externally facing/revenue generating products that involve AI workflows with associated model metrics+ 2+ years of 0-1 external product launches with Scrum SDLC with proven revenue target attainment.+ 3+ years of experience as product manager launching technical features and products in the developer experience and productivity domain (not internal efficiency, but revenue generating products)+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.+ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.+ Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and quick timelines**Preferred Qualifications**+ MBA or advanced degree is a plus as is a technical background+ Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products.+ Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.+ Proven experience in leading design, feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to shipped software+ Experience leading teams of product managers to drive measurable impact either through influence, mentorship or a direct reporting relationship.+ Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.+ Strong experience with shipping software incrementally following agile practices, with Scrum being preferred+ In-depth knowledge of the FileMaker platform and its ecosystemApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
