Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities: * Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion * Perform routine preventative maintenance * Maintain building grounds including but not limited to lawn and shrub * Assist Property Manager and Maintenance staff as needed Qualifications: * Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment * Ability to handle physical workload * Experience in some light plumbing and electrical preferred * Deadline and detail oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
