Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, an on demand autonomous ride-hauling company in Foster City, CANo Third-Party, No Corp to Corp, No Sponsorship Now, Future or Temporary AuthorizationTitle: Procurement Program ManagerLocation: Foster City, CAOnsite (Mon-Fri, 30 + hours)Contract Duration: 6-12 months, with likely extensionPay Rate: $61.59 per hour (w2)JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client, an autonomous ride-hailing company, is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to support the successful execution and adoption of strategic supplier agreements. This role serves as the bridge between sourcing, business stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring that negotiated contracts are effectively implemented and deliver the intended business value.The Procurement Program Manager will focus on implementation planning, performance tracking, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and operational support. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing cross-functional initiatives, driving accountability, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities•Partner with Sourcing Managers and business stakeholders to develop implementation plans, establish ownership, and coordinate cross-functional activities following contract execution.•Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level metrics, and program performance.•Document procurement and operational processes to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.•Act as the primary point of contact for post-contract operational issues, helping resolve process gaps, workflow challenges, and implementation roadblocks.•Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports that communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes.•Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and achieve expected business objectives.•Identify and implement process improvements that enhance procurement operations and vendor engagement.Required Qualifications•3+ years of project, program, procurement, vendor management, or operations experience.•Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.•Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, contract implementation, and Statements of Work (SOWs).•Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.•Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready documentation and presentations.Preferred Qualifications•Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management organizations.•PMP or CAPM certification.•Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.•Background in process improvement, operational excellence, or program governance.•Experience working in a fast-paced technology, mobility, or autonomous vehicle environment.Interview process30-minute Manager Zoom 1.5 hour panel interview On-si
